Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Food Village Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Public transportation is available
  • Work under pressure
