Senior Manager, Forensic Investigations and Digital Evidence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Forensic Investigations and Digital Evidence to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Cyber Security Operations team, you will be responsible for leading complex and sensitive investigations, managing digital forensic efforts, and providing technical expertise to support incident response and internal/external investigations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of highly skilled professionals conducting complex and sensitive investigations across North America.
- Manage assigned digital forensic efforts in support of eDiscovery requests, employee investigations, and IT security incident response.
- Collect, process, preserve, and analyze data from electronic data sources, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, and mobile devices.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and practices, including EnCase, Axiom, e-Discovery tools, Cellebrite, Intella, Crowdstrike, and Splunk.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security Operations, Global Security & Investigations, Legal, Human Resources, Privacy, Risk, and external law enforcement to forensically collect and analyze digital evidence.
- Develop and apply new methodologies for analyzing digital evidence to reduce the risk of exposure to TD Bank.
- Support the development of procedures and standards, and deliver advice, direction, and education to TD management and staff.
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.
- 10+ years relevant experience in digital forensics, incident response, or cyber investigative analysis.
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
- 10+ years of experience with Insider Threat or Data Loss Prevention programs, incident management, or investigative programs.
- 5+ years of experience developing and communicating recommendations to non-technical business areas.
- 5+ years of experience managing a forensic team and lab.
- Digital Forensic and Incident Response Certifications such as GCFE, GCFA, CHFI, CCE, CFC, EnCE, CFCE, CEH, CISSP, CND, eDiscovery certificate a plus.
