{"About the Role": "We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

This is a paid training program that includes four weeks of training, with the first three weeks being virtual and the fourth week being hands-on training. Upon completion of the training program, you will be offered a position as a Home Support Worker within our healthcare team.

As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including activities of personal care, household management, and general support. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide care and support that is tailored to their individual needs.

We are looking for individuals who are caring, compassionate, and able to work independently. You should be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements for the role include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a standard First Aid and level C CPR certificate. You must also have a clear police check and vulnerable sector check.
