Position Overview

As an Automotive Glass Repair Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and aesthetic appeal of vehicles by performing high-quality glass repairs and replacements.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in automotive glass repair is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Replace damaged front end components, body parts, doors, and underbody components.
  • Prepare surfaces for repair by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Utilize tools to hammer out dents, buckles, and other imperfections.
  • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills with precision.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to restore vehicle appearance.
  • Repair or replace interior components as necessary.
  • Handle the repair or replacement of damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix paint and ensure color matching for seamless repairs.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized pulling and anchoring equipment.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

This position also emphasizes support for newcomers and refugees, providing assistance with foreign credential recognition and integration into the workforce.
