MasterTech is seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a reliable and certified professional, you will be responsible for providing quality repairs and restoration services to damaged motor vehicle body parts.

**Compensation Package:**

* Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $30 per hour (flat rate) + production bonuses
* Bonus Tiers: Extra compensation for exceeding the semi-monthly threshold of billed time: (110 – 134 hours) (135 – 160 hours)
* Benefits available after three months, including health, dental, and eye care insurance

**Schedule:**

* Day shift; Monday to Friday

As an Automotive Glass Technician at MasterTech, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle models and develop your skills in precision cutting, windshield installations, and repairs. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of work.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct precise windshield installations and repairs
* Assess and diagnose automotive glass damage
* Perform precision cutting for various vehicle models
* Adhere strictly to safety standards during work
* Provide excellent customer service and address concerns
* Maintain accurate records of work and customer interactions
* Conduct quality checks to ensure industry standards
* Inspect and maintain tools and equipment regularly
