Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at Fixman Auto Glass Repair Limited. This role involves the precise installation and repair of various glass components in vehicles.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Replace damaged front end components, body parts, doors, and underbody elements.
  • Prepare body surfaces for repair by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Utilize hammers and blocks to remove dents, buckles, and imperfections.
  • Detach damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and securely attach replacement parts through bolting or welding.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to restore vehicle aesthetics.
  • Repair or replace interior glass components as necessary.
  • Handle the repair or replacement of damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix paint and ensure color blending and matching for repairs.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized frame and underbody pulling equipment.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in automotive glass repair.
