About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance team in providing financial analysis, reporting, and advisory services to support business decision-making.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to ensure effective financial management and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our organization remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation and public accounting experience.
  • Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
