Job Title: Chief Accountant

Fed Finance is seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the accounting team and provide guidance on financial matters.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting option, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
