Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic Foreman/Woman to join our team at Commercial Restaurant Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in our commercial kitchen environments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct site assessments to identify and prioritize maintenance and repair needs.
- Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and clients.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a full-time position with a 40 to 48 hour workweek. The work environment is commercial and industrial, with a focus on refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will be required to work in a noisy environment and be physically demanding.
