Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic Foreman/Woman to join our team at Commercial Restaurant Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in our commercial kitchen facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance and repair needs, and develop plans to address these issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including costs, schedules, and performance metrics.
- 3-4 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance, with a focus on commercial kitchen facilities.
- Proven track record of supervising and coordinating maintenance activities, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
