**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on insurance solutions and answering their product questions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze customer needs and promote insurance products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Guide customers on insurance solutions, including auto and home insurance.
  • Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with our brokerage network.

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A real team player, able to collaborate with colleagues on various projects and work independently.
  • A natural communicator and listener, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-driven and eager to develop advisory skills to help customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to juggle between different systems.
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
  • Fluency in French is required, as you will be interacting with a French-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
