Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Explorer Group Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve our administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
