About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at MK Building Maintenance Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities

Lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Regularly inspect our facilities to identify areas that require additional attention and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to our management team.

Assist Cleaning Staff

Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure that they have the resources and training they need to do their jobs effectively.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our cleaning operations are integrated with other aspects of our business.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained at all times.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervisory Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management context.

Cleaning and Maintenance Knowledge

Strong knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.

Organizational and Time Management Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions
  • Work Environment

Our facilities are located in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and hotels.

Physical Demands

This role requires regular bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with a regular 40-hour workweek.
