About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Harkaran Singh Personal Real Estate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Gathering: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Record Keeping: Record and relay information as needed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and visitors.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Financial Tasks: Calculate billing charges and perform other financial tasks as required.
  • Support Services: Provide directory assistance, emergency services, and relay services to persons with disabilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
