Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting rental operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with rental operations, including processing returns, checking in vehicles, and managing inventory.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
