The role of the Food Service Supervisor is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services at WTC Burger Management Systems. This position involves overseeing food preparation and service, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
This position is based in a restaurant setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This role involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Experience RequirementsCandidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
