Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, adaptability, and team player.
Work Environment:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
