About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at New Noor Wholesale Appliances & Tent Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock, and ship orders to customers in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and use computerized inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including storing cargo and materials, and transporting and distributing materials and goods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills, with a focus on developing a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and maintain a high level of hand-eye coordination.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with a strong understanding of business operations and logistics terminology.
