About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Alliance Carpet & Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Picking and Stocking: Pick orders and stock products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap goods and pack and unpack products with care.
  • Sorting and Stacking: Sort, crate, and stack goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Work Environment

Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a dusty environment.

Work Term and Language

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The primary language of work is English.
