About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Alliance Carpet & Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack and unpack goods, and prepare them for shipping or storage.
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming goods, reporting any damage or discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Work Environment

Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a dusty environment.
