- Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring departments operate within funding limits.
- Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Staff Management and Development
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration.

- Supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
