Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Culinary LeadershipSupervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for food quality and presentation.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, and that our high standards for quality and presentation are consistently met.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
SkillsExcellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
