About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Radha Food Industry Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas as needed.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Be flexible with regards to work schedules and assignments.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
