Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 1125118 BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food products.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: We are looking for a reliable, efficient, and team-oriented individual who can provide excellent customer service and work well under pressure.
