Carpenter - Vertex Construction & Management Services

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Vertex Construction & Management Services. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and layout building materials in accordance with building codes and regulations.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
- Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures.
As a Carpenter at Vertex Construction & Management Services, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the trade.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
