Job Title: Senior Manager, Regulatory Management

At Givaudan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Regulatory Management team. As a key member of our Global Advocacy and Scientific Services Group, you will provide scientific and toxicology leadership to ensure that our products adhere to global regulatory requirements and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise Givaudan management on emerging regulatory issues and potential product safety risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, customer safety guidelines, government regulations, and trade association requirements.
  • Conduct safety evaluations, studies, and risk assessments for food flavorings, botanical extracts, food ingredients, food supplements, enzymes, and microorganisms.
  • Lead international interactions related to product safety and regulatory affairs between Global PSRQA and other internal functions.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in toxicology, chemistry, biochemistry, or food chemistry, preferably with experience in the regulatory/toxicology environment.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry experience in product safety or scientific area and/or regulatory affairs.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of food or food ingredient regulations, chemistry, biology, and toxicology.
  • Expert knowledge of safety assessment and ingredient registration requirements and processes.
