About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of our mental health programs, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the mental health team, ensuring effective use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
  • Supervise designated clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement processes to enhance patient care services and reduce gaps in the community.
  • Participate in risk management for the clinical area, conducting safety audits and investigating incidents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services, manage cases, and facilitate meetings.
  • Develop and maintain client records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive team environment and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related health discipline.
  • Four years of recent related experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and theories of social work, clinical counseling, or other health-related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective clinical supervision and leadership to staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
