Hotel General Manager

At Matrix Hotel, we are a team of hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Hotel General Manager, you will play a key role in creating a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires our associates to excel.
The successful candidate will oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with hotel's profitability goals. This includes:
- Performing administrative duties, including reading and writing reports, dictating memorandums, and communicating with guests, managers, and corporate office.
- Critically reviewing reports of occupancy, revenue, and making judgments to maximize profits.
- Interviewing, hiring, supervising, and counseling department managers to ensure efficient operation of their respective areas.
- Participating in community affairs and maintaining a positive public image for Matrix Hotel.
- Communicating verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
- Physically touring and visually inspecting the property on a daily basis to monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and quality of product and service.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience as a hotel General Manager or equivalent experience.
- Experience and knowledge of project management and lease management.
- Working knowledge of financial/accounting procedures.
