Job Summary

Merrick & Company is seeking a highly motivated and talented Architecture student to join our team as a Co-op for Summer 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture and work on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
  • Work under the supervision of a Project Architect to gain technical experience
  • Collaborate with other designers and drafters to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of work
  • Participate in weekly training meetings and coaching sessions
Requirements
  • Pursuing an Architecture degree from a CACB accredited program or a current graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in Architecture
  • Knowledge of Revit and basic skills in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and 3D MAX
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Local candidates are strongly preferred
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and graphic experience
