Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
