Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Product Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assembly operations, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly Operations: Assemble components according to specific drawings and procedures, operate various manufacturing equipment, and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and performance standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct product inspections and identify quality issues or concerns related to customer products, and complete documentation related to product inspections in accordance with specific procedures.
  • Communication and Problem Solving: Read, interpret, and comprehend kitting protocols, process documents, and instructions, articulate technical and/or quality issues to Team Lead, and recognize discrepancies in documentation or problems with quality, product, or process, and recommend changes.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and comprehend technical documents and instructions.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to conduct product inspections and identify quality issues or concerns related to customer products.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
