As a Production Supervisor – Assembly at Information Mediary Corp., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing assembly operations. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Qualifications- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Asset Languages: Proficiency in Thai is advantageous.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the assembly team.
- Facilitate training sessions or arrange for training opportunities for team members.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of assembly operations.
- Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for production.
- Set up and maintain machines and equipment for optimal performance.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of assembly workers.
- Propose measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Monitor production progress and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for engineering tasks.
You will oversee a team of 11-15 individuals, primarily labourers engaged in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel and communication software.
Experience in the Electrical and Electronics sector is preferred.
Transportation and Travel- Own transportation is required.
- Public transportation options are available.
