Bakery Operations Manager

We are a leading bakery company dedicated to providing high-quality pastries and baked goods to our customers. As a Bakery Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Execution: Prepare and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, according to established standards and customer specifications.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of our busy bakery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all products meet customer expectations and are delivered to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Food processing plant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and attention to detail.
