Bakery Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs to achieve exceptional results.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Work Environment: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Language: English.
