Bakery Operations Manager

We are a leading bakery company that prides itself on delivering high-quality baked goods to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings, and operating machinery.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
