Position Overview

The role of a Housekeeping Room Attendant is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations within our establishment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is set in a hospitality setting, specifically within a hotel or resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Dust and maintain furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including elevators.
  • Manage lost and found items responsibly.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or information.
  • Clear debris and empty waste containers regularly.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
  • Attend to changing rooms and shower areas.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns professionally.
