Administrative Coordinator

Thompson Bus & Freight Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, documents, and databases.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Office Operations: Assist in the planning and coordination of office activities, including meetings, events, and projects.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including preparing job descriptions and conducting interviews.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
