Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our architectural metals department, you'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain budgets and schedules
  • Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors
  • Plan and execute work procedures, interpret specifications, and coordinate construction phases
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and adherence to schedules
  • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve issues
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a construction environment
  • Experience working with architectural panels and other rain screen products
  • Experience with curtain wall/glazing systems, roofing, and waterproofing is an asset
  • Education in civil engineering/building science or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, including MS Project
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
