Seeking experienced Project Manager to lead architectural metals projects in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a focus on budget management, schedule coordination, and team collaboration.

Job Description Manage and maintain budgets and schedules for architectural metals projects Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors Plan and execute work procedures, interpret specifications, and coordinate construction phases to prevent delays Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules Inspect job sites to ensure safety documentation and proper safe work procedures are being followed Collaborate with fellow Project Managers, field staff, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods Provide technical advice and resolve issues with project personnel Requirements 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a Construction environment Experience working with architectural panels and other rain screen products Experience with curtain wall / glazing systems, roofing & waterproofing is considered an asset Education in a civil engineering / building science program or a related educational field Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a team environment What We Offer Competitive Wages and Paid time off Health Benefits & RRSP matching program On-going career development programs through our in-house training and eLearning courses Great environment where teamwork and collaboration are valued
