We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our Corporate Commercial and Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
  • Significant experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, real estate, wills, and estate administration
  • Experience in construction law is considered an asset
  • 2-7 years experience in private practice or a combination of private practice and in-house
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional drafting and writing skills
  • The highest ethical standards
  • Self-motivation with an ongoing interest in professional development
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
  • Effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Willingness to use systems provided and possess an interest in technology trends
