About the Role

Landmark Advisory Services is seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and services related to commercial real estate leasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Legal Guidance: Offer sound legal advice to Landmark staff and clients, ensuring the best interests of the company and its clients are represented.
  • Draft and Negotiate Leases: Prepare and review real estate documentation, including offers to lease, leases, addendums, and other leasing and legal documents.
  • Conduct Lease Negotiations: Engage with clients, tenants, landlords, lawyers, and other parties to settle leases and resolve conflicts.
  • Perform Related Duties: Carry out other tasks as required by the position, ensuring seamless execution of commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements
  • Member of the Law Society of Alberta
  • Commercial Real Estate Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and drafting commercial documentation as a lawyer.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Drafting Skills
  • Team Player: Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
