About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
