About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Senior Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit Central Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiencies and simplification through the identification and implementation of automation opportunities within IA Central Transformation and the broader IA Transformation Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the efforts to drive business process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to maximize data capabilities and business insights.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build a consistent and accurate data strategy.
  4. Deliver high-quality analytics, visualizations, and reports to senior management, regulators, and the Board.
  5. Lead a team and work in close partnership with peers and senior leadership members to evaluate opportunities to simplify, strengthen, and improve IA Transformation metrics reporting.
  6. Design, develop, and implement bespoke reporting dashboards to enhance decision-making for senior leadership.
  7. Execute on other tasks as assigned by IA Leadership team.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years' experience in data analytics, data visualization, process automation, and reporting.
  2. Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent preferred.
  3. Experience with leading teams skilled in data analytics and dashboard reporting.
  4. Coding in Python, R, SAS (or related statistics programs) preferred, but not required.
  5. Experience in SQL, VBA, or other programming language is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of audits is a plus, but not required.
  7. Effective verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
  8. Effective project management skills.
  9. Effective influencing and relationship management skills.
  10. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders.

Education

  1. Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred but is not required.
