Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate project teams to implement plans and enable business process reviews.
- Identify business requirements, manage requirements, design functional solutions, prototype, design processes, test, train, and define support procedures.
- Direct work streams and support implementations.
- Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry-premier best practices, business analysis, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' complex requirements.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements on-site and remotely.
- Implement and deploy solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements.
- Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from the client's existing system to NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
- NetSuite Consulting Experience, preferably 3+ years.
- The ability to participate in multiple engagements actively, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel through implementation.
- Experience leading full-cycle implementations.
- 7+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant.
- Experience mentoring and upskilling Jr. consultants and helping them grow their NetSuite knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience handling complex implementations and managing client expectations.
