About the Role

As a NetSuite EPM Consultant at Plative, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging the power of NetSuite EPM. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, capturing and analyzing their unique business requirements, and translating them into innovative solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Deliver basic to complex NetSuite EPM implementation projects, including solution design, to meet client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Lead and facilitate client discovery meetings, identifying opportunities outside the minimum scope and platform focus, and tracking findings on the project backlog.
  • Team Collaboration: Delegate tasks to analysts, collaborating and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate project limitations, shortcomings, and issues early on, working closely with senior consultants and architects to address and mitigate risks.
  • Design and Configuration: Prepare design documentation and present configuration and design recommendations to clients.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Guide testing approaches for both internal QA and client UAT.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Handle all core configuration tasks, including complex business logic.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on leading practices and make configuration and design recommendations to clients.
  • Business Process Ownership: Serve as an expert business process owner for EPM.
Requirements
  • Implementation Experience: Previous hands-on implementation experience of Oracle EPM products and/or Hyperion products with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
  • NetSuite Knowledge: Good understanding of NetSuite core configuration and modules.
  • EPM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of EPM such as: Financial Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Data Transformation: Proficient in spreadsheet-level data transformations.
  • Leading Practices: Familiarity with leading practices within the NetSuite ecosystem.
Desired Qualifications
  • NetSuite Experience: 3 years of experience implementing NetSuite.
  • Project Management: Previous project management and solution design skills.
  • SuiteSuccess Methodology: Knowledge of SuiteSuccess methodology.
  • Advanced NetSuite Modules: Knowledge of 1-2 advanced NetSuite modules.
