Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and versatile workers with experience in turnaround and shutdown projects to join our team at Sideworx Connect Inc. As a leading temporary staffing solution company in Alberta, we connect talented workers like you with top-notch client companies in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks related to turnaround and shutdown projects, including tank cleaning, high-pressure jetting, and pipefitting.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to industry safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other workers and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and facilities, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct confined space entry and work safely in enclosed spaces.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous shutdown/turnaround experience is an asset.
  • Valid Safety Tickets (i.e., H2S Alive, CSTS, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and First Aid with CPR).
  • Willingness to enter confined space when needed.
  • A previous industrial, vacuum truck, and high-pressure experience is an asset.
  • Previous labor-intensive experience.
  • Willing and able to travel for extended periods and work outdoors for 10+ hour shifts (including nights).
