Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at ATWALZ HAIR STUDIO INC.

Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
