ServiceNow ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for CMDB classes and attributes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Align the ServiceNow platform with approved architectural standards and best practices, promoting consistency and scalability.
- Create robust support models post-implementation, providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technology decision evaluations, providing expert insights and recommendations to guide strategic technology investments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality architecture and design deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Provide technical support throughout the design, development, and testing phases, resolving issues and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Engage with IT service providers and Enterprise Architects to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and positive relationships within the organization.
- Conduct thorough assessments of solution options, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT customer service, with a focus on ServiceNow implementation and administration.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
