Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Integro Softwares Inc. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Security Model: Design and implement a robust security model for our CMDB classes and attributes.
  • Ensure Consistency: Ensure that our implemented ServiceNow system is consistent with our approved architecture.
  • Develop Support Models: Develop support models for our ServiceNow solution after go-live.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to gather and socialize non-functional requirements and constraints.
  • Conduct Technology Evaluations: Conduct key technology decision evaluations with input from enterprise architecture and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to produce architecture and design deliverables.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Provide ongoing technical leadership and support during low-level design, development, test, and service introduction phases, including technical specification reviews and approvals.
  • Liaise with IT Infrastructure Providers: Liaise with our organization's IT infrastructure service providers.
  • Liaise with Enterprise Architect Team: Liaise with our organization's Enterprise Architect team to align solutions to company standards.
  • Exercise Professionalism: Exercise professionalism in ensuring effective teamwork and fostering productive relationships.
  • Assess Solution Options: Assess solution options, risks, and benefits as it pertains to architecture, security, and other technology dimensions.
  • Stay Abreast of Technology Standards: Stay abreast of technology standards and best practices.
  • Position Details: The position is based in Victoria (Client Location).
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience leading a customer service function in a fast-paced, multi-project, and multi-customer IT environment.
  • ServiceNow Experience: In-depth ServiceNow architectural, integration, and functional experience.
  • CMDB Design and Implementation: CMDB design and implementation experience.
  • Integration Using ESB: Integration using ESB experience.
  • Solution Architect Experience: A minimum of 3 years' demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer-service, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to facilitate continuous service management improvement across IT functions.
  • Agile and Lean Experience: Experience leading or participating in agile and/or lean initiatives.
  • Facilitation, Coordination, and Interpersonal Skills: Strong facilitation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Issue Resolution: Ability to raise, resolve, and close issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, able to prioritize and produce accurate results under deadline.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Ability to consistently meet required deadlines.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL Intermediate certification or higher is preferred.
  • Networking, Telecom, and Server Environments: Knowledge of networking, telecom, server environments, and related technologies.
Duration
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months – Extendable by 1 to 2 Years and more based on performance.
