Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal and Mineral Processing Supervisor to join our team at Les Sables Olimag inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality, and overseeing the safety of operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Oversee safety of operations
  • Supervise 1 to 2 people
  • Work with central control and process operators, mineral and metal processing labourers, and machine operators
Requirements
